DMCA notice procedure.

How to submit a takedown notice if you believe content on this product profile infringes your copyright.

1. What to include

Your name, address, phone and email. A description of the copyrighted work. A description of where the infringing material is located on this product profile (URL). A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Where to send it

Send the notice through the contact route with the subject line "DMCA notice". The operator acknowledges receipt within 5 working days.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe the material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements. The operator follows the counter-notice procedure in the DMCA.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated. The operator maintains a repeat-infringer policy in line with the DMCA safe-harbour provisions.
