The ladder reads bottom-up. VIP1 starts the day your cumulative qualifying bets cross ₹1,000. Each tier-up pays a one-time bonus; each tier holds a standing daily guarantee and per-format cashback.
Enrolment threshold
Automatic, no form to fill. The moment your cumulative bets cross ₹1,000, the system places you at VIP1 and starts crediting daily guaranteed bonuses.
Level-up bonus
Paid once on the day you cross into a new tier. The bonus scales with the tier, up to ₹10,000 at VIP15. It is credited to the Come wallet, not to a separate balance.
Daily guaranteed
Up to ₹100 per calendar day for the top tiers. Requires one real-money bet in the same window, on any Come format.
Evaluation window
Runs midnight to midnight IST. Cashback applies to net losses over the window and settles inside 24 hours of window close.
How the percentages in the table turn into wallet credits.
Cashback percentages are calculated against net loss (bets minus wins) on the format indicated, evaluated at window close. The example uses VIP8 numbers.

Wins reduce the net loss before cashback is calculated; if a format closes net-positive, no cashback is paid and the carry does not transfer to other formats. Daily guaranteed and level-up bonus are independent and stack on top of any cashback credit.

Weekly bonus
Calculated from the prior week's qualifying turnover. Posted every Monday.
A second balance that earns on its own.
Cashback credits from VIP1 onwards flow into a separate Gullak-style wallet with a published daily yield. The balance is withdrawable at any time without bonus turnover conditions.
How it accrues
Cashback from games, rummy and fantasy is split into the main wallet (real money) and Gullak (yield-bearing). The split ratio is published per tier.
Yield rate
Daily yield, credited each calendar day at midnight IST. The rate scales with the VIP tier and is visible inside the wallet screen.
Withdrawals
Gullak balance can be moved to the main wallet in one tap. No turnover multiplier, no minimum bet. The transfer posts immediately.
What it is not
Gullak is not a deposit bonus, not a promotion locked behind wagering requirements, and not a substitute for responsible-use limits. It is a yield-bearing cashback wallet.

Do I need to apply for VIP?
No. Enrolment is automatic once your cumulative bets cross ₹1,000 across any Come format. The transition posts within a few minutes.
What counts toward the ₹1,000 threshold?
Real-money stakes on fantasy contests, rummy games, and the games lobby all qualify. Bonus funds used on demo or non-cash formats do not count.
Can I drop a tier?
No. The VIP tier is permanent for the account. The level-up bonus is one-time, the daily guaranteed and cashback rates stay locked at the highest tier reached.
How is cashback calculated on a mixed day?
Per format, against net loss (bets minus wins). A positive format does not offset a negative one - each format is evaluated independently.
What is the difference between Gullak and the main wallet?
Main wallet is your real-money balance. Gullak is a separate balance that accrues cashback and a daily yield. Both are withdrawable without turnover conditions.
Is VIP status visible to other players?
The top three tiers (VIP13-VIP15) display a tier badge in tournaments and leaderboards. Custom nickname access is unlocked from VIP11 onwards.
