Terms of service.
The agreement between you and the operator of Come. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to register, deposit or play. The operator verifies age before large withdrawals. Some Indian states restrict online real-money play; it is your responsibility to confirm that your jurisdiction permits the format you intend to use.
2. Account
One account per person. Multiple accounts to abuse promotions can be closed. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. The operator is not liable for losses from compromised credentials where two-factor authentication was available and not used.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
The minimum deposit is ₹100 across supported payment methods. Withdrawals require KYC before the first large payout. Most withdrawals complete within 24 hours once KYC is verified. Higher VIP tiers receive priority routing.
4. Bonuses and promotions
Welcome bonus, Daily Race, Refer & Earn and VIP perks publish their own terms inside the app. Opt-in promotions require the qualifying action described in the rule text. Bonus abuse may result in bonus removal and account closure.
5. Responsible use
The operator offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Requests are processed within one business day. Self-exclusion lasts 6 months or longer; reactivation requires a written request.
6. Complaints
Send complaints to the in-app support inbox or the contact route. The support desk aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve within 7 working days.
7. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms. Material changes are communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
