1. Data the operator collects
Account data (name, email, phone, date of birth), transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, gameplay activity), KYC data (identity documents, address proof) and technical data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type).
2. Why it is collected
To operate the platform, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering rules, settle payments, provide support and meet record-keeping obligations under Indian law.
3. Who it is shared with
Payment processors, KYC vendors, regulators where required and the operator's professional advisors under confidentiality. The operator does not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 7 years, in line with anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, request a correction, request deletion where the operator is not legally required to retain the data, and withdraw consent for optional processing. Send requests to the contact route.
